The 20-point check is based on the top 20 areas of concern for tenants. Things such as pest control, proper door and window locks, overall cleanliness, are all included here. In the first 28 days, should an unexpected problem arise in an area covered by the 20-point check, The Suburb will respond with a solution within 24 hours.
Fixed Price
The Suburb’s tenants trust there are no back-room negotiations that change the property price at the application stage. All properties are viewed privately and offers are made on the listed price. Better still, if you are pre-approved, you can lock in a property the same day as viewing.
Private Inspections

With this in hand, you can make an educated decision to view the property avoiding any wasted time or unmet expectations.
Lease Options
Many of our properties are offered on a leasing option which means the landlord commits to making the property available for 2 to 3 years and you can choose to renew your lease or leave the property at the end of each lease period. This gives you long term certainty with no long-term commitment.
